The Path

Meditation:

This Path teaches Kundalini Yoga. To be more specific, it teaches chakra meditation. Chakras are energy centers in your body that, among other things, are doorways to higher consciousness. By working with your chakras in specific ways you can (and will) experience higher consciousness in your life in the form of light and power and peace of mind.

If meditation on an object (like a candle or flower) is an airplane, chakra meditation is a rocket ship. The power you harness from your meditations can then be used in your day-to-day life to become more a successful, compassionate and balanced human being. Which brings us to the twin practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness:

Any monk will tell you, the twin practice to meditation is mindfulness. Mindfulness is the moment-to-moment practice of deliberately guiding your thoughts and emotions. It is an act of will that leads to a self controlled and purposeful life. By guiding your thoughts and emotions you will store internal power you can then use to meditate into yet even higher states of mind thus completing the circle of practice. How COOL is that!

Secret Teachings:

I can't put those teachings here. They are secret!
